About

After working as an educator for ten years serving marginalized youth and BIPOC communities, I transitioned into a full-time career in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). My work centers on eliminating structural, institutional, and systemic barriers within organizations.

I currently serve as a program manager at an education-based nonprofit, creating and implementing programs specifically designed for leaders in education to build anti-racist and culturally responsive practices into their leadership as well as within their school environments.

In addition to my full-time role, I continue to provide freelance coaching and consulting, working with a number of DEI firms to support leadership teams from internationally recognized companies and organizations.

I believe in supporting others to explore the ways in which structural racism, toxic patriarchy, and colonial culture impact our ability to experience compassion, empathy, and humility – ultimately stunting our growth, as well as hindering our ability to be a part of a more collective society.

Contact me today to explore how I can assist you in achieving your DEI goals.
